With a vision rooted in artistic excellence and social impact, the ROAD TO JERICHO Orchestra & band aspires to bridge cultural divides, create opportunities for young and aspiring musicians, and redefine the perception of classical music as something that belongs to everyone, not just a select few.
Our mission to break down societal barriers through the power of music. By offering classical music and beyond in its repertoire, the orchestra seeks to transform lives, inspire future generations, and make music more inclusive—shifting it from something seen as exclusive to an accessible and enriching experience for all.
The orchestra is versatile with active matching and live band sections within the group. Classes are available physically for any UK residents and online for interested students or members abroad.
It is comprised of different sections that can perform independently or jointly for orchestral performances.
Strings
In the section, you will find a selection of strings, from first to second violins, viola and cellos, & finally the double bass.
Brass & Woodwind
The selection of brass and woodwind instruments ranges from F-horn, trumpet, clarinet, saxophone (soprano, alto, and tenor), trombone, tuba, sousaphone & more.
